Product content
A dark blue product in which ULTIC ARMOR-F is molded into a ring shape with an O-shaped cross section.
Main applications
It has excellent purity, heat-resisting property and non-adhesive characteristics against metals. It has better plasma resistance than ULTIC ARMOR, and it shows excellent sealing performance in the gate area within the dry-etching/ashing system or CDV equipment of semiconductor and LCD equipment.
