A blue product in which LABE ARMOR is molded into a ring shape with an O-shaped cross section. Grade exclusive for oxygen plasma resistance.
Main applications
The product has excellent oxygen plasma resistance and non-adhesive characteristics against quartz. It is used inside the ashing system of semiconductor and LCD equipment.
